Yes. All partner houses should offer rooms or apartments with kitchens or kitchenettes so that guests can cook for themselves when staying for longer periods. Also, in addition to the normal services offered by hotels (e.g. a 24/7 contact person or breakfast), special services should be provided for long-term guests such as shopping, cleaning, or bread/rolls (a.m.). Other offers such as in-house washers and dryers, in-house WLAN or Internet access, flexible prices for long-term guests and various room-cleaning rhythms are desirable.

How is my entry filled with content? Do I have to send descriptions and photos to AppartementHotels.com?

All information that you would like in your entry can be entered by you. We give you log-on data with which you can update all information, descriptions and photos in your entry by yourself at any time.


How do I get information on reservation requests or bookings?

You are sent all information via e-mail.


How do I get money from my hotel guest?

The guest pays in your hotel at time of arrival or departure, depending on your General Terms and Conditions. The guest pays the rate you have offered him/her or that which is published in your room quotas.


What happens with no-show guests?

The guest can cancel his/her booking either directly in your hotel or in the AppartementHotels.com system. With every booking, however, the guest accepts your General Terms and Conditions, and thus, your cancellation conditions.


Am I regularly sent statistics?

The partner area of AppartementHotels.com always contains statistics on all of your requests and bookings. You need your log-on data to gain access to this area.


What opportunities do I have to publicize my house over and above my AppartementHotels.com entry?

You can attract attention to your house with regular specials in our newsletter, published articles or news. In addition, AppartementHotels.com regularly offers partner hotels the option of participating in such events as trade fairs.
