There are now many names for this apartment concept, which originated in the USA. Known as boarding houses, serviced apartments, apartment hotels or apartment residences, these all refer to accommodations designed for those needing long-term solutions. We decided to set up a specific portal for both providers and seekers when we saw that there were no explicit websites for apartment hotels. Apartments can be found and booked in some hotel domains, but we saw a need for providing service specifically targeting this market. Working with the Gubse company, we have now created such a portal.
Boarding houses differ from hotels in that they are economical, have flexible rental periods as well as provide rooms which can really be "lived in." In addition, all units listed on this site contain kitchens or kitchenettes which guests can use if they wish to cook for themselves.
