Scope of Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions govern all requests for reservation quotes as well as binding bookings of accommodations and travel using this reservation system. Detailed information exceeding the scope of these General Terms and Conditions as well as contract requirements will be sent to you under separate cover after you complete the respective reservation and booking forms on this site. You must separately acknowledge acceptance of the latter as well.

Requests for reservation quotes and booking

AppartementHolidays.com will forward every request for quotes as well as bookings to the respective house or provider as a declaration of intent. Reservations or requests for unbinding quotes will be e-mailed or faxed to the house or provider, who will answer you directly and/or send you a quote. In contrast, bookings made on AppartementHolidays.com are binding. When you book accommodations, you complete a contract for accommodations or travel services at the click of a mouse. For this reason, you must carefully note the cancellation deadlines and conditions.

Contract for Accommodations or Travel Services and Payment

When you make a booking, the contract for accommodations or travel services you complete is between you and the house or provider you have selected. You pay the confirmed price directly to the house or provider. All resulting claims and obligations resulting from the contract for accommodations or travel services exist solely between the booking party and the house or provider selected.

Standard Bookings

Confirmed reservations are always maintained until 6:00 p.m. local time. If a guest does not arrive by 6:00 p.m. local time, an extra fee may be charged. The guest no longer has a claim to these accommodations after this time. If the guest can only arrive after 6:00 p.m. local time, he must notify the house directly as to his planned arrival time. Please note that other conditions may apply for longer-term stays!

Changes and Cancellations

To prevent misunderstandings, all changes and cancellations should be made via the AppartementHolidays.com reservation system. Only in very short-term cases should these be communicated directly with the house or provider.

All information and description of houses and travel arrangements are based on entries made by the respective houses and providers.

Room Prices

All prices shown on AppartementHolidays.com are current, economical daily rates displayed in the name of the respective house. All bookings made via the AppartementHolidays.com reservation system - which is available throughout the world - are valid. Bookings are made at the best possible, most current and economical AppartementHolidays.com daily rate, which is supplied directly by the house and displayed in the name of the house.

In Germany, all prices shown include tips and VAT. Other conditions may apply in other countries. Please note that certain cities require payment of a guest tax. Some countries require payment of local taxes on travel and/or room prices and/or an additional service charge. The amount of such taxes and charges may change constantly. No statements made about these are thus binding.
